Outstanding experience. Tech showed up on time, diagnosed our problem and completed the repair in a very short period of time. Tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. His explanations of the work required and the solution of the problem were very easy to understand.

Could not get my automatic gate to open on a Saturday and was in a panic thinking I couldn’t get anyone out during the weekend to repair it. Called Precision and Troy was out that same day!! Ended up replacing my old opener (and I mean old). Everyone was very friendly and prompt and I couldn’t be happier with the service and my new Liftmaster ????

I was in a jam when my garage door stopped working (on a Saturday) and Tim came out within an hour of my call to Precision. I was really impressed with the level of service, he was very courteous and explained all of the options and payments up front. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely use Precision again in the future.
