Excellent experience. Started when my web inquiry was answered promptly and inspection scheduled within a day. Replaced a wooden – yes wooden – 16′ garage door and added a LiftMaster opener. Installing tech – Dakoda – was professional and listened to my needs. He was able to show the door options on his tablet and was quickly able to write up an order. He offered advice on insulation which I added to the order. When asked about getting a quite opener , he recommend the belt driven LiftMaster. The three button remote allows us to add gate control on the same unit. And no – we do not have an estate. Installation had a bit of an issue when it was discovered the standard track would not allow space for the opener track due to our low ceiling. Dekoda was back the next day with replacement. To offset the hassle factor he upgraded the bottom weather seal to work better with the un-even floor at no charge. All in all, a company that is responsive and professional with reasonably priced products.

Great experience – fixed the same day — runs great and now is very quiet

My door wasn’t up high enough to get my car out and I hit it, bending the bottom panel pretty severely and knocking the door off the track. John from Precision came earlier than expected and, at my request, put my door back together so I could close it. When the door was back together, there was very little visible damage so I decided not to replace any parts of the door. John then adjusted and re-braced my door such that it runs better and quieter then it ever has.

Garage door repair – Had Tim out this morning to fix our very broken door. He did a great job explain what he was going to do. Our garage door is now closing and opening quietly! Thank You!

I originally made the mistake of calling a different repair company who literally never showed up at my house! I then called Precision and a technician was at my house an hour later! My technician; Tim, called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Very personable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my opener and what to look for it the future. He had everything fixed very quickly. I couldn’t be happier. I now have a Precision sticker in my garage and wont make the mistake again of calling anywhere else!
