Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn’t try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology.
