Ronnie came out and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our old garage door opener. I was given three price options for repair, which I believe were titled Good, Better, Best. After selecting, Ronnie quickly went to work on replacing the garage door opener. My husband came home just after he walked through all the features and kindly went over them again with my husband. I called to schedule my appointment mid-morning and had my garage door repaired by late afternoon. Ronnie was super nice and did a great job!

Joshua Lawless was the technician with whom I dealt. He was knowledgeable and provided information for future concerns regarding the operation and service of my solar automatic gate opener. He was professional and very pleasant. I would certainly use Precision Door in the future. I was impressed with the ad on the internet, the reviews, rating by BBB and several service provider agencies.
