I liked the same day service and thought Tim was very courteous and caring. He took all the time I needed to explain the why’s and where fore’s as to how things would happen and how they would then work. I would be happy to call Precision again as long as they sent Tim out again.

Service Rep fixed loose wiring to garage door eye. Everything works fine. The Service Rep gets a 5 Star rating for coming before the appointed time and fixing problem in a prompt manner.

I was in a jam when my garage door stopped working (on a Saturday) and Tim came out within an hour of my call to Precision. I was really impressed with the level of service, he was very courteous and explained all of the options and payments up front. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Aaron from Precision was wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and very professional! He repaired my dead garage door opener which was damaged during a power surge. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Didn’t treat me like the moron I am when it comes to electronics. And superseded my expectations with his kind personality. In other words, HE ROCKS!! It’s the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Precision is lucky to have such an employee and I hope they understand that! Thanks Aaron!

Tim knows his job very well I didn’t have to tell him what was wrong with the garage door he just looked at it. Very good personality. My day started out bad but at the end of the day, I had a good day, my garage door was fixed. Thanks Tim
