I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). I really enjoyed the interaction with him as he worked. If I every need work done on my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision Door Service. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure it’s possible for someone to be more friendly and efficient than Nick. He showed up the same day I requested service, and was professional, knowledgeable, and kind—with zero judgment about what I didn’t know. As a single female homeowner, I don’t always get this level of respectful, helpful service when dealing with things outside my comfort zone. But Nick was a total standout. It turned out I needed a whole new system, and he had it installed and running within an hour—same day! If I could hire Nick for everything, I would. Trust this company. Their work is excellent and the customer service is the real deal.

Marco was my service tech and I could not of had better service! He listened to my concerns and gave me options. He even fixed my door where I could lift it my myself and it would stay up!! I am definitely happy with the service that was provided yesterday! Thank you!

Trouble when you can t get cars out of garage when spring breaks you done !!!! Called precision garage phone answered immediately. Short talk and within an hour and skilled repair was done Marco the mechanic was 5 star!!!

Your staff did have great job dealing with a very sticky garage door. Service was prompt. Staff were polite and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Will definitely use them again.
