I called Precision Garage Door to come out for a consultation and an estimate for a new garage door. I made the choice to call Precision based on websites, reviews, and a pic of a garage door that we liked. Our current door is older, noisy, dented, and not insulated against the heat & cold. It was quick & easy to set up an appointment for this to happen. Drey was our tech for the appointment arriving on time and is a personable guy that is very knowledgeable in the garage door world. He answered every question that I could throw at him, giving a very “can do” solution for all my concerns with my current garage door situation. End result was that we ordered a new garage door that will be strong, well insulated, attractive, & run quietly, The door was a special order so we are waiting just a few short weeks for arrival and installation. Yes, Drey was courteous. However, I don’t understand the lack of professionalism in sending a technician out who brought no tools, not even a grease gun to do any work but still charged a service call fee. I was told when I scheduled that the work could be done same day. He was not in his service truck as it was in the shop, so why come at all? Just for the $70.00 fee, for which I received nothing? we will see if this company is willing to make it right.

In a moment what we were in a bind, PrecisionDoorDallas sent Drey C to inspect our gate operator. He instantly diagnosed and fixed what others couldn’t. He is simply the best! In addition, he was honest and their pricing is very reasonable. Therefore, I will only work with precisiondoordallas.com. I am sorry I did not know of them sooner, it would have saved me a lot of headaches and money! Thank you guys!!!
