Service Rep fixed loose wiring to garage door eye. Everything works fine. The Service Rep gets a 5 Star rating for coming before the appointed time and fixing problem in a prompt manner.

I liked the same day service and thought Tim was very courteous and caring. He took all the time I needed to explain the why’s and where fore’s as to how things would happen and how they would then work. I would be happy to call Precision again as long as they sent Tim out again.
