I chose Precision because you could come out that same day. the technician need an excellent job in all the work he did. I had to replace all the parts of the unit including a new motor.

I was not very satisfied with the service from Precision Garage Door. I requested that the technician perform routine maintenance and check up on my garage door. The service was very expensive. In addition to the cost of parts, there was door lubrication and labor cost that totaled $740. The technician replaced all of the roller because he said it would make the garage door quieter, but it did not. I’m not convince it was necessary. I asked the technician if I should remove my car from the garage, but he said it was not necessary. When the service was complete, my car was covered with oil from the lubricant he sprayed all over the garage door. I had to get my car detailed to clean up all the oil that was sprayed on my car. I don’t think I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Great service. Technician arrived on time and checked the garage door and recommend a solution. Excellent job well done. Honesty is priceless and that is what you get from great Technicians like this. I will recommend to all my friends.
