I was very disappointed in the service I received as far as advising me to replace my garage door opener. When the problem was replacing the belt, some of the rubber teeth grinded down. And the specialist informed me that you can’t just replace the belt, belt and trolley is attached to the opener. And provided me quotes of $1600-$1700.00 for a new opener. I was just laughing inside. Thank him for the estimate, paid the service fee. And having the belt replaced and cost me only $33.00 for the belt. I would change the logo song, Trust, I think not.
