When the spring on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open so we could get my husband’s car out, we called precision who had a technician available at noon that day. He was very professional and friendly and fixed our garage in an hour. So thankful to precision that we did not have to wait until Monday to get our garage fixed.

I thought they would have been reasonably price….. but I think they over charged my parents …. cost them over$1000 …. yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system…. they took advantage over senior adults…. please do not use this company… will tell everyone Never to use this company…. RIP OFF………..

Tryton Coe and his assistant came to our house a couple of days ago to fix our broken overhead garage door. They were both courteous, competent, friendly, and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before they left (not just the broken spring we started with).
