I was so amazed to see such a friendly and professional tech to service my gate opener. He was very respectful and knowledgeable of my system. He called before his arrival, and he gave me an approximate time of arrival. He fixed the problem I was having with my gate, and he made sure I understood how to operate my new remote. My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of “work”. I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious…

Tryton Cole did a great job repairing my broken garage door spring repair! He was punctual, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable about how to fix and repair my garage door. Tryton took the time to educate me on what needed to be fixed, and he was very confident in stating that he would get the job done. I was very distressed to find my garage door would not stay closed this morning. Since it was Sunday, I was concerned I would have to pay more for service. The folks at Precision assured me a technician would come to my home on Sunday afternoon and address the problem. My technician’s name is Ian Guidry. He showed up early, fixed the problem quickly and was courteous and professional. He explained what happened and how it was fixed. I was relieved that my garage door was fixed quickly. Precision is a very professional organization and Ian was awesome!!!

This morning I first called both Overhead Door and Veteran Garage Door Repair. They were unable to send someone today, so I called Precision. The young man who came knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work in about 15 minutes. I’ll call Precision first next time!
