The company does not charge for determining the cost of repairs. It didn’t determine whether I would hire them, but it gave them the first bid. Eli came out and offered a price I was expecting (based on a Google search of prices). He not only fixed my garage door, but he also tweaked a couple of other things for me at no extra charge. I was assured if I had any problems going forward, I was covered for the things he did. I was very pleased with Eli’s professionalism and quality of his work.
