So far, I am very impressed with Precision. When we realized we needed a new door, I called two companies. Precision returned my call right away; the other company still hasn’t called me back. Precision’s man came right on time and was very helpful and informative. We have made the decision to use Precision, and will have the work done soon. I will do another review after it is all finished, but so far so good!

We had major issues with our garage door on a Sunday. Precision was able to get us an appointment that day. Tim arrived on time (early, actually) after calling to let us know he was on the way. He inspected the door and advised us of the best, most cost-effective way to repair. Tim completed the repairs in about an hour, and was professional and polite during the time he was at our home. We especially appreciated how careful he was to watch for our indoor-only cats when coming and going from his truck. We would absolutely use Precision again, or recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
