Marco was very professional, showed up shortly after I called to set up an appointment, and did a great job replacing the garage door opener. But I strongly disagree with and was very surprised when I learned there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I do not see anywhere on the website where that is explained. It should be! Customers need to be made aware of that up front. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The tech, CJ, arrived early, after calling to insure it was alright. After examining the closer (old and broken) and the door, he recommended replacement. Within an hour he had the old one out, the new one in, and we were up and running. I recommend CJ if you need a new opener.

Jimmy came on time and was very courteous. He explained my options. After picking what we wanted done, he walked us thru exactly when we could have it done. He also reviewed my garage door opener settings which was not part of this service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any repairs or replacement that would be needed. guys were friendly/nice .. however, prices quoted seemed very high.. remotes are like 160.00 and new garage door opener $1,000.00 ! can buy new for 180.00 to 220.00 , so install is about 750.00 to 800.00 .. 500.00 to 625.00 seems more appropriate
