The spring was broken on our garage door. I called to get information and was able to schedule an estimate for the next day, which was a Saturday. Tim (our technician) called at the beginning of his arrival time window to let me know what time he would arrive at our house. He showed up right on time. Tim was very professional and prepared. He fully explained all of the options we had for repairing our garage door to the best working condition. He was not trying to sell me things that I did not need. I had many questions, he answered all of them. I felt very comfortable about the choice I made for the repairs with his help. I went with the garage door over haul because it seemed like the best option for our garage door. Tim finished all the repairs within an hour. I love that it did not take half the day. He showed me everything he did and it looked great. But the best part was my garage door works again! He even showed me some tips after he was done so I can make sure everything is working properly and will not cause the motor to wear out faster than it should.
