Requested estimate on door replacement. What I received was totally confusing? I asked for replacement cost for one large door, or two smaller doors which is currently the situation. Got estimate on “Good”, Better or Best. None of which explain sizes, composition, and 1st one “Good” quotes Lavor $90. Door $2,046. which equals $4,363 total. Scary addition. Rep. was here less than 5 minutes and supposedly checked and rated 40 items on condition of existing system?? Again, very confused.

Andrew was prompt, courteous, and professional in assessing the state of our entry gate. We appreciate his opinion on recommending new gate systems as opposed to spending money on an old system that would be hard to get parts.

Tryton was great came out on Sunday replaced my garage door opener. He worked quickly and professionally, I will recommend them in the future.

The 1st tech that came out (Matin ), was unprofessional and claimed my wife ran into the sensors with her car. There is no damage to the sensors and no one ever touched them. He would fix it for $125, and furthermore told us it didn’t matter anyway because there were no warranties on the system installed 3 months ago. Your office sent another tech out and it was total opposite ( Mike ) was very customer friendly and told us there is a 5 year warranty and it took him about 5 miinutes to fix the sensor. It was either the sensor or a faulty board in the unit. He made a note of it in case we have the same problem in the future. He restored my confidence in your company. Thanks for sending Mike

Called out to remount unit that had detached from ceiling and general service of garage door. Ended up having the spring replaced as well. Excellent fast service! Thank you!

Outstanding, The garage door broke (spring broke door inoperable) at 3:25 on Saturday. I made the call to Precision and was told the repairman would be there in 30 minutes.. and OMG he did show up in 30 Minutes !!!. Tim was very courteous, professional, and a good communicator.. he described the problem and the fix. He repaired the broken door and our other door as well.. He was gone by 6. Absolutely amazing!!! Imagine, no hassle, on time, professional, hard worker, in and out.. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors
