Called Precision Door after discovering our “inexpensive” (read: “cheap”) ten year old screw-drive garage door opener and finally turned its last revolution. A technician was scheduled for first thing the next morning morning. The following morning, Raymond called at 7:30am and told me he was on his way. He was at the house by 8:00, did an expert job trouble shooting the issue. Repairing the old system would be as costly (if not more so) than a new one, so we went with a new system. He explained the differences and refreshingly did NOT try to sell me the most expensive thing on the truck. He was done in an hour and our new system works like a charm! I’d definitely call Precision Door again. They’re professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful.

Found Precision on Angie’s List. Saw they worked on broken springs for my garage door. Received a free service call (due to coupon through being an Angie’s List member). They were able to visit the day I called. The tech Tim called before he arrived. He was very nice, professional and gave me a quote for the job. The price from the quote was great so I had TIM fix my broken spring immediately. Only took him about an hour and my garage door is working again. Super satisfied with the service.
