As a very critical observer of Vendors in our market place and their practices in their line of work, I will say these folks are exceptionally proficient at honoring their advertisement and their work. A new door installed 4 months ago and the wall mount pops a wire this week. After a quick installation with a fine new door, they are just as quick to correct a minor glitch after the fact. I am compelled to give them the highest recommendation of STELLAR. Also, their technicians were good guys and we liked them on both occasions.

Sam arrived early and diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds! He set to work and within one hour had our door and opener running smoother and quieter than when new. I asked him to staple his card by the opener button because I know who I will call the next time the need arises. Thanks Sam

Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Appointments not kept, first 10-12, then 12-2, then 2-4.. finally got here at 4:30. Technician, had an attitude “well im here now.”..I should have inquired about price….$700 to replace springs…..really?…ill be sure to check around next time.

Good service / knowledgeable tech It would be helpful to inform the homeowner that the replacement springs (powder coated) are much more expensive than the standard metal springs. I am good with paying the higher price as the metal powder coated springs will indeed be protected and last much longer. Tahnks

My spring broke on garage door. Precision got here early on Monday and got it fixed quick. Used a much better spring than what I currently had.
