My experience with Precision was fantastic. From the initial phone call trhu the repair service, everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. My technician Tim was on time, explained the job and options, and fast and thorough in performing the work. I will certainly call Precision again, and will recommend Tim and the company to all. Thank you Precision!!

Extremely polite and professional service. Both employees that showed up to install my new opener and repair the door were very knowledgeable. Each one made sure the job was done correctly and working properly before leaving. The new Liftmaster opener is great but what sells it for me was the customer service.

They were fantastic! Even though I made them wait several months, they had to send the door back and reorder it for me when I was ready to install the door. The customer service was amazing and heart warming in a day when people have no patience for their customers. The technicians came in did there job in extremely hot weather and and did a wonderful job. Thank You.

First of all, Precision gets an “A+” for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. He took the time to clearly explain our repair options and answer my questions about the products and industry in general. Fantastic customer service and a friendly, happy attitude. The work was completed in under an hour. Thank you Tim, and thank you Precision.
