I had a late in the day repair situation and called about 4 other garage door repair companies before Precision. I could’ve saved myself the effort and just called them first! They gave me an early next day appointment, the technician called when he was on his way, exactly on time, they were knowledgable & courteous.

Outstanding, The garage door broke (spring broke door inoperable) at 3:25 on Saturday. I made the call to Precision and was told the repairman would be there in 30 minutes.. and OMG he did show up in 30 Minutes !!!. Tim was very courteous, professional, and a good communicator.. he described the problem and the fix. He repaired the broken door and our other door as well.. He was gone by 6. Absolutely amazing!!! Imagine, no hassle, on time, professional, hard worker, in and out.. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors
