Very knowledgeable technician who not only solved my problem but also had the parts to upgrade my system. Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. He was friendly and respectful of our home (asked if he needed to take his shoes off to come in). We will definitely use Precision Door again! Thanks!

Our door’s spring broke, so we couldn’t open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn’t have been easier or quicker!
