It’s very reassuring to know that Precision has 24/7 coverage. Brad called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Did a comprehensive inspection of my garage door and then explained in great detail what needed to be done to get the system back in working condition. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the door operational within an hour. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

I appreciate how professional and concise The description of what needed to be corrected with my gate opener. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to educate me what went wrong with my old unit and how it could’ve been corrected. Very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Precision but with a clause. I am not sure that the price was not a little to high but since my garage door spring was broke and it was 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday maybe that was why it was so high. Thank you for coming out and fixing my garage door on such short notice.
