Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company’s availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician’s expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

Very impressed with Precision and their service. Texts on their website were answered immediately and an appointment was set up quickly. The technician came to my house at the very beginning of the 2-hour window and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone with garage door issues.

Ended up with a major problem to our garage door on a Saturday. Within 2.5 hours of my original call, a technician was on-site. Patrick did an amazing job. Told me exactly what the problem was, gave me a clear estimate of the price and time it would take to complete, and completed the work as promised. I couldn’t be more satisfied. When the spring on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open so we could get my husband’s car out, we called precision who had a technician available at noon that day.
