Contacted Precision after challenging interaction with the installer of my Master Lift gate mover. Tech was scheduled 48 hours after call and arrived promptly on time. James was able to correctly assess the situation and had my rolling gate functional in less than an hour. Courteous and professional. I’ll refer friends and colleagues to Precision and hope they are as fortunate as I was to work with James.

Amazing service from start to finish! Scheduled on line at 11 pm, they were able to have a technician come out the following morning between 8-10 am. Brandon was on time, and very nice, and professional. I will definitely recommend your company, and use you again.
