The technician did an excellent job he was extremely fast efficient explained everything is doing went above and beyond what needed to be done I am very very happy with you and your service and your Tech I would recommend you to anyone is better fact I already have

My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of “work”. I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious…

Tryton Cole did a great job repairing my broken garage door spring repair! He was punctual, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable about how to fix and repair my garage door. Tryton took the time to educate me on what needed to be fixed, and he was very confident in stating that he would get the job done. I highly recommend Tryton and I will be referring him to my neighbors in my subdivision! I’m very impressed with the overall customer service I received at Precision!

When my garage door spring broke one night, I called the next morning and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Tryton was very friendly and informative when explaining to me what repairs would be needed. He fixed my door very quickly, safely and is good as new. I highly recommend their services!

Our repair technician arrived 45 minutes earlier than promised, was very friendly, and did a superb installation of our new garage door opener. He also adjusted the door springs and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the service.

Triton did a great job this morning. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job! A couple of things he didn’t have in his truck to finish everything today, but I trust that the job will be completed to our satisfaction as soon a possible. You are definitely on our next “job call”!

Have to admit when I called I wasn’t expecting same day service, but that is what we got. Ken was polite and professional. Saw what the problem and fixed it promptly. Very pleased with the service.
