Found Precision on Google for repair in my area. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He wasted no time in diagnosing the issues and completing the repair. I will recommend your company to my neighbors should the need arise

Technician was injured when he arrived on the job and indicated everything was okay with garage door, but indicated he oiled everything. The door is still noisy; therefore, his work did not improve the working of the door. The technician indicated the charges still apply which I paid. I told the technician he should seek medical help.

This morning I first called both Overhead Door and Veteran Garage Door Repair. They were unable to send someone today, so I called Precision. The young man who came knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work in about 15 minutes. I’ll call Precision first next time!
