Had a broken spring, they recommended an upgraded 2 spring install (as it is a double garage door) with no heavy upsell. Went with the recommended nylon rollers as well and the door is delightfully quiet.

Good service / knowledgeable tech It would be helpful to inform the homeowner that the replacement springs (powder coated) are much more expensive than the standard metal springs. I am good with paying the higher price as the metal powder coated springs will indeed be protected and last much longer. Tahnks

Excellent service. We called them after 10:00pm on a Sunday. They had someone out between 10-12 the next day and knocked it out quickly. Tech was quick, responsive, thorough and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend

Terrible company. Do NOT waste your money. Tech came out on a Saturday. He said we needed a new opener unit. We paid in full (which we should not have done). We were told they would install on Monday between 10:00 and 12:00. No one showed up. No one called to let us know why. I called the company. Nobody seemed to know anything but finally said they hadn’t received a work order. We never got a work order. It’s now 3:00 and no answers on how to fix this problem from the company even though someone said they would get back to me. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and very unorganized. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

These guys were great. They arrived when I was told they would, they fixed the problem in a very short time, they were clean and efficient and knew what they were doing. I have had no issues with my garage door since they were here and would recommend them to anyone needing service. The3 quality of their work and their knowledge for repairing what was broken, was phenomenal. It took them about 15 minutes to fix what I believed would take several hours. Thanks guys.
