Very nice, helpful technician but we were told Precision won’t replace a belt, only the full garage door opener for $1,200. Will have to contact another company.

They did a great job servicing the door. It did seem a bit pricy.

Renter reported a problem with the garage door on a Saturday morning. I saw it was a broken spring. I was able to easily make an appointment for SAME DAY SERVICE on a SATURDAY. Kevin was at the house within 2 hours and quickly replaced the springs, bearings, and did a tune up. I look forward to no more calls about the garage door for years to come!!

Preston did a great job, he is the reason I didn’t change to another company when he quoted me the price, he not only gave me this discount but, because of his deminer, attitude, kindness, knowledge of the job, courteousness and professionalism I was so impressed I decided to stay with him (this company) Thanks for sending him.
