Precision gives such good customer service with a friendly attitude by both office and service staff. I’m a senior citizen and depend on my automatic opener and they were out here the same day. Thank you everybody.

Wow! What a great experience with Precision! I actually had another company look at my garage door first and was told I needed a new panel (that would take 3 weeks to arrive) at the very least and then the upsell started..why not just get a new door? … (mine is only 5 years old). Just did not have a good feeling. So I called Precision..from scheduling online, to the prompt arrival to the knowledgeable technician…wonderful. Marco had my door fixed and working perfectly in no time…for about $1,000 LESS than the other company!!!!! I appreciated that I was given 3 estimates…good, better and best. What a great way to present consumers with options!! Marco was OUTSTANDING!!! Precision should be the FIRST CALL if you need garage door repair.

Kristy came to my house and gave a quote for replacing the spring or garage doors. He was very professional. Did not try to selling anything more than I need. Certainly would do business with this company in future.

Marco was very professional, showed up shortly after I called to set up an appointment, and did a great job replacing the garage door opener. But I strongly disagree with and was very surprised when I learned there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I do not see anywhere on the website where that is explained. It should be! Customers need to be made aware of that up front. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
