Precision still lives up to their name! Used them some time ago for garage door springs replacement. This call a different issue. Personable & professional customer service from the initial call for service – which is handled by a live person, not a recording – to a technician who arrives on time, in clean company uniform, assesses what needs to be done, reviews the findings, then upon your approval, remedies the issue efficiently & effectively! Marco notified us as he was on his way. I matched his name with the picture sent in the email prior to his arrival for identification. He was mannerly, respectful, professional & friendly. Knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Then took care to repair our garage door quickly. Did a great job! Garage door works smoothly – and will for a long time!
