Precision contacted me almost immediately after I went on their website and asked for a quote. They got technicians out the same day and they arrived right on schedule and gave me advance notice when they were on their way. They quickly analyzed my garage door’s issue and explained it to me professionally but understandably. They showed me parts that had broken and explained what those parts did and what would be necessary to fix the issue (in this case a whole new opener, as the one that broke was from the 70s, so it was time). Their pricing was fair and upfront and there were no surprises at the end. Both technicians were extremely professional and polite and got the work done quickly (and surprisingly quietly). When all was done they showed me how my new system worked and left a clean work area behind them. All in all it was stress-free and excellent service.
