Very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Precision but with a clause. I am not sure that the price was not a little to high but since my garage door spring was broke and it was 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday maybe that was why it was so high. Thank you for coming out and fixing my garage door on such short notice.

service men were the best. BUT, the parts they installed were not. the new gate controller came with a bad circuit board. the mag lock did not work. each time they needed a part, it was not on the truck. they said the office would call with a new install date.. that never happened. i made all the calls , and was put off. it’s working now, but i have no confidence in the quality of this product.
