Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. He was friendly and respectful of our home (asked if he needed to take his shoes off to come in). We will definitely use Precision Door again! Thanks!

Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company’s availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician’s expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

When the spring on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open so we could get my husband’s car out, we called precision who had a technician available at noon that day. He was very professional and friendly and fixed our garage in an hour. So thankful to precision that we did not have to wait until Monday to get our garage fixed.
