Very impressed with Precision and their service. Texts on their website were answered immediately and an appointment was set up quickly. The technician came to my house at the very beginning of the 2-hour window and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone with garage door issues.

Yesterday 10/52021 Kenneth arrived on time, and he looked over the garage door opener and we had a great conversation about to fix or replace it. He was patient, courteous, and I may have kept him longer than expected but he was EXCELLENT and I will think over options with Precision and the other “garage door people”. I would highly recommend Precision to help fix or replace any issues.

While the work was good, there were many surprise charges. Everything was inflated. Be prepared to shell out a lot of money. At least twice what you would expect for the same parts.

I thought they would have been reasonably price….. but I think they over charged my parents …. cost them over$1000 …. yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system…. they took advantage over senior adults…. please do not use this company… will tell everyone Never to use this company…. RIP OFF………..
