Ended up with a major problem to our garage door on a Saturday. Within 2.5 hours of my original call, a technician was on-site. Patrick did an amazing job. Told me exactly what the problem was, gave me a clear estimate of the price and time it would take to complete, and completed the work as promised. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Sam arrived early and diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds! He set to work and within one hour had our door and opener running smoother and quieter than when new. I asked him to staple his card by the opener button because I know who I will call the next time the need arises. Thanks Sam

Our door’s spring broke, so we couldn’t open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn’t have been easier or quicker!

The technician arrived on time and quickly repaired the broken spring. He noted that the double door should have 2 springs (to which I agreed) and made that upgrade. For emergency service the price was fair. I would recommend them.

The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.
